5 Steps To Positive Body Image

I love you! Saying “I love you” to others is easy and we do it often. But when was the last time you looked in the mirror and said it to your self? It’s time you show your body the love it deserves.

Rosy asked women what they think contributes to their lack of sexual desire. One of the top answers? Body image and related issues. That’s right, when you struggle with body image, it not only affects your mental and physical health, it also affects your social and sexual functioning. It affects how you connect with others and even your desire to do so.
